Janet Services
JANET services are delivered mainly via the Regional Network Operators, and this is governed by the JANET Partner Agreement (JPA).
The JPA is an agreement between JANET(UK) and the RNOs, whereby JANET(UK) provides funding and connects the regional network to the JANET backbone in a resilient manner and the RNO provides the required delivery services to defined service levels.
The JPA came into formal effect in October 2008. LMN proactively works with other RNO’s to the benefit of the entire education community.
