or computer equipment staff please contact your local IT staff representative.
Fault reporting procedure for IT staff members only
1. Fault reporting contacts

Please note that fault reports will only be accepted from the contact(s)
at your organisation who are responsible for the network.
Whilst every attempt will be made to up-date sites on the progress of
the repair of a fault, you may also check by phoning the above numbers.
2. Planned Network Maintenance
The contact(s) at your organisation who are responsible for the network
will be contacted by Email 10 days in advance of any planned network
maintenance which may be necessary.
If you plan to carry out any maintenance at your site please inform
Logicalis, by Email msc@uk.logicalis.com,
10 days in advance of the works.
3. Escalation of problems
In the event of your organisation being dissatisfied with planned network
maintenance please contact
