The current network has a core of three Points of Presence (PoPs), located at ULCC, Imperial College London and the Waterloo Campus of King's College London. The PoPs are connected by highly resilient dual 10Gbps circuits and connections to SuperJANET5 at ULCC and Imperial are also at 10Gbps.
Connections are provided to all 40 London Higher Education Institutions, 55 Further Education Colleges, 28 Adult and Community Leaning Colleges and other related organisation in the region at speeds up to 10Gbps.
The arrangements with the LMN suppliers also provide for cost effective, high bandwidth connections between campuses.
